The Remedy Group has been the premier provider of headhunting services to the Specialty Pharmacy and Alternate Site Pharmacy and Healthcare market since 2005. Years ago, we diversified and began to serve other markets outside of healthcare. In an effort, not to dilute the original brand of The Remedy Group and our commitment to the Pharmacy world we created separate brands and sites. Starting with TRG Northwest which originally began as a local staffing firm to the Portland market but quickly morphed into serving businesses in Sanitary Maintenance, Paper Products, MRO, and Packaging nationally. Next was Remedy Group Tech which focused on providing technology candidates to our healthcare clients but also working with other technology-related businesses. Then Remedy Group Finance which works with mortgage companies throughout the country to help them hire top performers. With a revolutionary recruiting and pricing model we match candidates with their ideal employer and make it economically viable for mortgage firms to hire whole branches from us without killing their P&L. Finally, we launched Remedy Group Canna which works with growing companies in the cannabis industry to help them hire top performers in other industries and to continue to legitimize the innovative businesses in a newly legalized industry.

Internally we operated as a homogenous business but externally people didn’t know our full range of capabilities and strengths. Part of the challenge in designing our new site was how to let our core group in each division know that we would continue to focus on them and their industry when they saw that we had so much more to offer. We want our clients to know that although you go to a website that lists multiple different practice areas your recruiter will continue to only focus on you and your industry. We believe fully in market mastery and our recruiters focus solely on the niches that they specialize in so that we give our clients in those industries the best possible service and candidates that exist. However, we also want our clients to know that if you’re in one industry but need a candidate from another area we will help them hire someone amazing. For example, our clients in healthcare often request for referrals for a good technical recruiter because they need to hire an IT person or a software developer. At this point we’re able to educate them on our full range of services and point out to them that we have a recruiter who has 10+ years of recruiting those extremely hard to find technology candidates and that we can continue to serve them.
